Responsibilities
  • Own and manage an individual caseload of in-process life insurance applications
  • Request and obtain underwriting requirements from the client
  • Review underwriting decisions to determine better options for customers
  • Master carrier workflows, application and underwriting processes, and software systems
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects with other operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
