  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with manual, automated, functional, regression, and performance testing
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the development and production teams to align QA efforts with project goals and timelines
  • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test strategies for bi-weekly releases, considering various platforms and devices
  • Implement and maintain efficient testing processes and workflows to prevent bugs and regressions from reaching production
  • Execute manual and automated tests, including functional, regression, and performance testing, to identify and report defects
  • Conduct compatibility testing across different platforms and devices
  • Ensure adherence to established quality standards and guidelines
  • Track and manage defects using bug tracking tools, prioritize issues, and ensure timely resolution
  • Provide clear and detailed bug reports, including steps to reproduce and relevant information for developers
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to communicate QA findings, facilitate bug triage meetings, and drive resolutions
  • Provide feedback to the development team to improve the overall quality of our games
  • Identify opportunities to enhance QA processes and tools, and implement improvements
