Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least one year of experience is required.
  • The employee must complete the listed third-party vendor training and certifications within six months of hire, including Accuplacer, ATI TEAS, CLEP, GED, HiSET, SACA, and Praxis.
  • The employee must complete the listed in-house training within six months of hire, including Accessibility Services testing, AVANT language testing, CASAS and TABE, CNM Course testing, CNM Challenge exams, CTS Surgical Technology, IC3, IC3 Practice, CNM Make-up testing, P/P Challenge exams, RegisterBlast, and Spanish, Biology, French, and Placement testing.
  • The employee must be lawfully authorized to work in the United States.
  • The employee must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
  • Register students for tests, verify identification, schedule appointments, and communicate testing procedures.
  • Administer and proctor in-person and remote standardized tests, including HSE, ESL, and accommodated exams, while maintaining testing integrity and security.
  • Support students with disabilities in using testing accommodations and adaptive technology.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues involving testing software such as TABE and CASAS and related equipment.
  • Maintain test records and documentation, enter scores into systems such as Banner, and prepare tracking and compliance reports.
  • Maintain compliance with institutional policies, testing regulations, security protocols, confidentiality requirements, and established procedures.
  • Manage and maintain databases, perform data entry, and create operational templates and documentation.
  • Facilitate online remote testing through Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx using breakout rooms, screen sharing, and remote support tools.
  • Work independently, meet deadlines, solve problems, and support team and departmental goals.
  • Provide customer service to students and visitors through phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in teaching or testing is recommended.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred.
  • One year of experience administering and proctoring exams is preferred.
  • Experience entering and retrieving data using database applications is preferred.
  • Familiarity with online meeting platforms such as Zoom and WebEx, including breakout rooms, screen sharing, and remote support features, is preferred.
  • Experience troubleshooting computer-based testing programs is preferred.
