Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a high volume manufacturing environment preferred, demonstrating adaptability and familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing.
  • High school graduates at a minimum, with a willingness to work overtime during busy periods; a college degree with a semiconductor background is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficient in Google Suites (sheets, docs, slides) with the ability to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations effectively.
  • Ensure healthy & safety standards/procedures are adhered to. Proven experience supervising teams of 10-15 people.
  • Plus with prior experience in wafer fabrication, surface finish, and/or laser of semiconductors, optoelectronics, or electronics.
Responsibilities
  • Guarantee compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Ensure the order, cleanliness, and the correct use of the equipment and facilities.
  • Prioritize production schedules, utilize equipment efficiency, tool capacity. Supervise production technicians to ensure material requirements and quality delivery.
  • Encourage, motivate, and support the team under your command to achieve manufacturing objectives. Promote and collaborate in the training of work teams and the personnel involved to achieve the maximum possible versatility.
  • Plan, distribute and prioritize workloads between workstations and shifts, assigning workers to different jobs according to their capabilities and skills.
  • Promote lean manufacturing within the organization and support continuous improvement activities carried out quality delivery on the site.
