  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in brand marketing at an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, lean company, particularly in building brand identity and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Experience leveraging consumer insights to build and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the CPG industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative problem solver who is an expert at rolling up your sleeves and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in marketing analytics tools and social media platforms.
  • A deep understanding of how to read, interpret and build models from syndicated data such as IRI or Nielsen.
  • Strong project management skills, with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's vision, mission, and business goals.
  • Design and conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, target audience, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead the development and execution of annual brand plans, including product launches, marketing campaigns, and brand activations.
  • Create and define a unique brand identity, including leveraging existing visual elements, brand voice, and messaging that resonates with the target audience.
  • Work with the Marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for marketing channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Use syndicated, consumer and customer data to identify business insights and recommend solutions that optimize results.
  • Understands the business at an account/channel level and collaborates with the DSD and Trade Marketing team to develop custom marketing programs to drive the business in those accounts/channels.
