Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, data visualization, forecasting, reporting, statistical analysis, or a related analytical function is required.
  • Demonstrated expertise collecting, managing, analyzing, and synthesizing complex data sets to generate actionable insights that support business and operational decision-making.
  • Proven experience developing and managing executive performance measurement frameworks, including key performance indicators, pipeline analytics, forecasting models, performance dashboards, and reporting solutions that drive organizational objectives.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data platforms, improve reporting capabilities, enhance operational efficiencies, and support business development and partnership initiatives.
  • Experience conducting and interpreting statistical analyses, identifying business trends, evaluating performance, and translating complex data findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Advanced communication and data visualization skills, including the ability to develop clear executive dashboards, compelling reports, presentations, and research deliverables for internal and external audiences.
  • Knowledge of data governance, privacy standards, artificial intelligence-enabled analytics tools, and data-sharing policies, with experience ensuring analytics and reporting activities comply with organizational requirements and best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Collect, manage, analyze, synthesize, and provide data to identify trends, draw insights, and address critical questions to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Work with management teams to develop performance measurement frameworks, including key performance indicators and metrics, and prioritize analytics efforts.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align and integrate data platforms, processes, and reporting capabilities to ensure functional excellence and develop operational efficiencies.
  • Manage data quality and support projects and analyses by gathering data and presenting results.
  • Determine data analysis strategies and advise staff on statistical and data-analytic issues.
  • Conduct and supervise data analyses, including statistical analyses as required.
  • Contribute to long-term goals and strategic plans supporting continued growth and sustainability.
  • Coordinate and integrate division plans with organizational business goals and objectives.
  • Review performance achievement against strategic plans.
  • Evaluate existing programs to identify improvements and measure outcomes.
  • Analyze and test current processes and systems to determine effectiveness and efficiency, informing change efforts and continuous improvement of analytics practices and approaches.
  • Serve as an expert resource on data sources, tools, and analytical procedures and methodologies.
  • Provide peer review, data interpretation, technical assistance, training, references, and consultation.
  • Evaluate and integrate new or existing data sources, tools, and analytical techniques by monitoring relevant news, policies, and market trends.
  • Develop clear, well-integrated research deliverables using data visualization and graphics to communicate data and insights.
  • Present data and insights clearly and concisely to internal and external audiences, including media, legislators, press conferences, and organizational decision-makers.
  • Ensure analytics and reporting adhere to enterprise data governance, privacy, and data-sharing standards by applying approved policies.
