Administrative Assistant

Overview

Women First OBGYN, a Partner Practice of Together Women's Health, is seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to join their growing team.

The Administrative Assistant must have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service, initiative and attention to detail. 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Handling all patient medical record requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Sending History & Physical information to the hospital as mandated.
• Working with the Practice Manager and Practice Coordinator to accurately create, complete and update provider schedules.
• Oversees Receptionists and learns Receptionist responsibilities to provide back-up when needed.
• Ordering and tracking of all supplies for two offices. 

Qualifications

• Must have a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring each patient's encounter with our practice is professional, warm and caring and has met their needs. 
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• 1 year previous medical office experience preferred.
• Associate Degree or higher preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
