Requirements
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics.

Responsibilities
  • Use Adobe Analytics to map the complete acquisition funnel from awareness through product issuance.
  • Use clickstream data to understand user pathways and behavioral sequences at each funnel stage.
  • Define and measure conversion rates at each stage and identify the largest drop-off zones.
  • Create funnel visualizations and dashboards showing how prospects flow through each stage.
  • Analyze abandonment patterns, including exit points and the pages or interactions preceding abandonment.
  • Use Adobe Analytics pathing analysis to identify common user paths before abandonment.
  • Conduct clickstream analysis to find behavioral bottlenecks such as time spent, re-attempts, and error patterns.
  • Quantify the number of members lost and the revenue impact associated with each friction point.
  • Understand digital workflows at each funnel stage and map transitions between stages.
  • Identify friction points at stage boundaries, including unclear calls to action, form complexity, technical errors, and validation failures.
  • Use Adobe Analytics and clickstream data to diagnose whether drop-off results from technical issues, user confusion, or abandonment.
  • Build insights into which user segments and behaviors are most likely to drop off at each stage.
  • Build Adobe Analytics segments to analyze funnel performance across prospect segments such as new versus returning users, device type, referral source, and demographic.
  • Use clickstream data to create behavioral segments such as high-intent versus low-intent users and fast movers versus cautious explorers.
  • Compare conversion rates and drop-off patterns across segments.
  • Identify which segments and behaviors predict success versus abandonment.
  • Design multi-touch attribution models in Adobe Analytics to understand which interactions drive conversion.
  • Analyze how different funnel stages contribute to overall acquisition success.
  • Understand the role of digital interactions versus other touchpoints in member acquisition.
  • Build Adobe Analytics dashboards showing funnel health, including stage-by-stage conversion, abandonment rates, and traffic mix.
  • Create real-time dashboards for funnel monitoring and alerts for anomalies or degradation.
  • Design clickstream-based dashboards showing user behavior patterns and flow paths.
  • Provide actionable insights through data visualization.
  • Translate Adobe Analytics and clickstream insights into prioritized recommendations.
  • Design A/B tests to validate friction-reduction hypotheses and measure impact using Adobe Analytics.
  • Quantify return on investment from potential conversion improvements.
  • Prioritize recommendations by impact and feasibility.

Fractal Analytics has launched a dedicated India Business Unit to help large Indian enterprises accelerate business transformation through its enterprise agentic AI platform, Cogentiq, and other products. The global AI company, which serves Fortune 500 organisations, has appointed Rishi Seth as head of the new unit. Fractal has partnered with multiple Global Capability Centers in India and was selected under the IndiaAI Mission to develop a Large Reasoning Model for India. The company recently signed a partnership with the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation to deploy AI-powered citizen health services. The India Business Unit will be part of Fractal's APAC practice. Fractal's Vaidya.ai launches BMC Health AI chatbot on WhatsApp for Mumbai

Fractal has launched the beta version of the BMC Health AI Chatbot on WhatsApp, powered by its Vaidya.ai platform, in partnership with the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation. The free multilingual service delivers health information to Mumbai residents through WhatsApp. The deployment is the first under a memorandum of understanding signed in July 2026 between Fractal and BMC. The initiative also includes AI-powered doctor support tools and public health intelligence systems being piloted across BMC facilities. Fractal was selected by the Government of India under the IndiaAI Mission to build the nation's first reasoning model focused on healthcare. Vaidya.ai is the first AI model to score above 50 on OpenAI's HealthBench (Hard), outperforming GPT-5 and Gemini Pro 3. Fractal posts 20% revenue growth and 92% net income growth in Q1 FY27

Fractal Analytics reported consolidated operating revenue of Rs 912.5 crore in Q1 FY27, marking 20% year-on-year growth. The Mumbai-based enterprise AI company's healthcare and life sciences division led growth with 69% year-on-year expansion, becoming its second-largest industry segment. Net income surged 92% year-on-year to Rs 72.3 crore, whilst adjusted EBITDA margin expanded by 189 basis points to 17%. The company's banking, financial services, and insurance division grew 36%, and its largest segment, consumer packaged goods and retail, increased 19%. Technology, media, and telecommunications declined 22%. Group CEO Srikanth Velamakanni attributed the strong performance to enterprises allocating significant AI transformation budgets, resulting in larger deal sizes. Excluding TMT, the business grew 35% year-on-year. Net revenue retention stood at 117%, with a net promoter score of 77.
