  • 6+ years of experience in the design of electrical engineering systems
  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from an accredited program
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to convey information to both project team members and clients
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing start-up environment
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
Responsibilities
  • Routing, component selection, and integration of modular connectors for high current/low voltage distribution systems
  • Ensure the successful completion of electrical engineering project deliverables to meet all technical, quality, financial, and project controls expectations
  • Originate and manage client relationships, developing key relationships with decision-makers and points of contacts within utilities, developers, and EPCs
  • Coordinate with civil, mechanical, and structural engineers throughout the development of industrial projects
  • Provide project construction support through RFIs and submittal review, contractor and owner request management, QA/QC of design work, and more
  • Oversee and manage electrical engineers through the performance of electrical calculations, load flow, voltage drop, and more
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in Power Plant, Data Center, or Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure is preferred
  • Experience in the selection of equipment, materials, and the preparation and assembling of engineering design change packages, calculations, and specifications
