Multimedia Specialist

Primary Responsibilities:

·Serve as a content marketing consultant for agency teams supporting clients with content development and distribution deliverables.

·Integrate with the planning efforts of the strategy and CX teams to define audiences, customer journeys, and content ecosystem dynamics associated with client marketing campaigns and objectives.

·Help define and establish the role of content marketing in overall strategic marketing plans, and champion the importance of the content marketing discipline.

·Lead the development and distribution of compelling and engaging content strategies and executions, working closely with martech and business intelligence teams to measure and report performance metrics.

·Lead the agency’s own content marketing effort through strategic activation of social media assets and other owned, earned and paid channels.

·Provide leadership, direction and mentorship to the Social Media Strategist and connected contractors, vendors and internal resources.

·Perform other duties as assigned.

Primary Skills & Requirements:

·5+ years of hands-on content strategy experience required.

·Advertising agency experience preferred.

·Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·Deep interest in and demonstrated understanding of content marketing best practices and trends.

·Experience directing the development of a variety of social media and content marketing materials (link to portfolio requested).

·Creativity in developing solutions for client needs.

·Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

·Familiar with social listening and other marketing insights software such as SpredFast, Nuvi, and other tools.

·Proven track record of effective problem solving.

·High energy, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

·Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

·SEO, Public Relations, journalistic writing, graphic design and other digital marketing experience a plus.
