Requirements
  • Required
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale direct-response paid search marketing campaigns across multiple search engines, preferably in highly competitive consumer-oriented verticals, with direct accountability for profit contribution and return on spend
  • Experience with bid management platforms, such as Marin, SA360, or Skai
  • Outstanding oral, written and multicultural communication skills
  • Self-motivated, revenue driven and passionate about supporting Hims & Hers as a leader in the industry
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities
  • Optimizing ads for revenue based metrics
  • Experience managing direct reports with multiple years of search marketing experience
  • Preferred
  • Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Business, Technology or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of additional marketing channels including Google/Bing Shopping, YouTube Ads, & Display
  • Proven track record of driving measurable revenue and engagement via digital advertising, preferably with multi-million dollar monthly budgets
Responsibilities
  • Manage the search marketing team, which includes strategists and managers dedicated to campaign execution by vertical or channel
  • Develop quarterly road maps of projects to complete to drive channel growth and to support product launches
  • Lead team meetings and ensure all team members are consistently using project management software
  • Develop, maintain, and manage collaborative relationships with key search engines and other strategic partners
  • Develop deep understanding of Marketing traffic sources and core KPIs
  • Drive revenue planning based on a solid understanding of Hims & Hers SEM / paid search accounts, making proactive recommendations to drive efficient growth
  • Research and understand the customer journey through the perspective of all marketing touch points
  • Collaborate with functional stakeholders to ensure predictability and quality of traffic volume
  • Partner with Business Analytics to present insights and advocate for revenue projects
  • Resolve and track issues / inquiries based on fluctuations in performance
  • Work with product to develop internal tools to enhance our marketing capabilities and build automated solutions to drive business impact
  • Work with Google Ads scripts and data science team partners to automate tasks and setup alerts
