Position Overview
We are strategic partners invested in shared outcomes who create lifetime customer value across addressable media. Responsible for delivering and developing successful media programs through addressable planning and total path optimization across all addressable channels. Provides guidance on audience strategies, optimization approach, and campaign architecture and serve as a key player in the expansion of relationships and/or revenue opportunities with marketers. Develops and provides key reports on all aspects of reporting necessary to deliver performance on a campaign.
Responsibilities
· Serves as business operations supervisor overseeing pods of campaign managers and/or addressable strategists; oversees staffing and team structure and allocation of resources, across all IPG accounts; builds and maintains relationships with executives at clients; serves as the second point of escalation in client issues
· Responsible for overall addressable capabilities across multiple teams/ accounts, including training and development of internal teams; negotiates with vendors to ensure best pricing and terms
· Provides thought leadership to region; collaborates with leadership team to further departmental evolution (e.g. standards, process, pitch material, partnerships, etc.); advises and serves as point of escalation for all regional clients
· Develops and shares best practices for deliverables; presents at new business pitches, client briefings and meetings
· Responsible for the identification and development of long-term solutions for clients across the addressable spectrum
· Has accountability for the business strategy, performance, and results of a sub-function in a market, region, or hub and manages a moderately sized team
· Develops and executes the thought leadership and strategy for their area
· Responsible for people management duties including compensation recommendations, hiring/firing, performance appraisals, coaching and development
· Influences the allocation of resources across the sub function
· Decisions are guided by overall business P&L and goals
Required Skills and Experience
· Proven track-record of successfully seeking out and curating new business relationships and/or solutions; developing solutions using new or existing processes
· Experience building team, providing mentorship and navigating how to manage up/down/ laterally (e.g., ability to navigate and be effective with multiple personalities)
· Expert ability to assess and rank issues and tasks in order of importance for taking action
· Owns full IPG relationships for clients across all lines of business. Serves as the first point of escalation in client issues
· Expert knowledge of technology or measurement ad tech solutions, including platforms
· Expertise in Data Analysis
· Successful collaborator with the ability to create healthy collaborative environments
· Expertise in Project and Account Management
· Expert communicator – concise and clear communication in all forms; emails, presentations, reports, etc.
· Advanced ability to anticipate, recognize and clearly define problems using various techniques to systematically analyze, weigh alternatives and propose solutions
· Experience managing existing business relationships, partnerships, and alliances internally and externally

The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee’s/applicant’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.

Salary Range
$180,000—$190,000 USD
