A BOLDSCIENCE Senior Account Executive (SAE) will have prior experience working within the medical communications industry (or similar) and demonstrates strong organisational skills, project & financial management, communication, and quality control skills. This has given them a solid platform to hit the ground running in their new position at BOLD. An SAE is an organisational guru who can juggle multiple deadlines, prioritise their workload, and shift focus based on business needs. An SAE does not wait to be told. They are clear on the expectations of their role and know the key information they need to acquire to get the job done, and when needed, will stop and sense check with their account leads. They ask the right questions to ensure they have all the relevant background information to carry out their role independently. SAEs have a hunger to learn and are always looking to develop their knowledge and further fine-tune their project and financial management skills. Communication is second nature to an SAE, and their account leads trust them to provide regular updates, stop to ask questions, and sense check their approach where necessary. An SAE thrives as part of a team and builds strong, trusted relationships with everyone they work with. As well as providing support to their account team, they will start to help and mentor new Account Executives as they begin their BOLD journey.
