  • 6 -8+ years demonstrated ability in implementing at least 1 product in a technical capacity: Nonprofit Cloud, Sales Cloud

  • 5+ years demonstrated ability in running external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting and systems development
  • Interacts well with both technical and non-technical customers, attains relevant technical and business requirements, analyzes information and designs comprehensive solutions

  • Key contributor to architecture reviews in collaboration with GTM representatives
  • Owns creating and curating content for product retirement and migration standard methodologies guides, engagement materials, FAQs, and knowledge articles
  • Lead formal presentations, webinars and other learning events tailored to customers, partners, and internal team members
  • Build POCs to validate the standard methodologies and cross cloud point of views

  • Highly helpful to have any Salesforce.com product certifications prior to joining.
