Requirements
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in sales and relationship management, in the skincare/ beauty industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (we are a visual organization and use PowerPoint to share our POV).
  • Experience with negotiating and influencing at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and analytical tools.
  • Ability to travel for in-person visits and industry events up to 40% of the time.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding sales objectives.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic, growing business
  • Ability to understand financial and sales reports
  • Working knowledge of the B2B spa and/or salon business.
  • Licensed Esthetician, a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for end-to-end account management within your assigned geographic territory to engage and support Acne Expert accounts to build, grow, and cultivate relationships to generate new business opportunities and sales revenue growth.
  • Excellent management skills: a leader and team player in one, you must know how to supervise, mentor, inspire and create cross-functional, tight-knit teams.
  • Assess the need for additional training beyond the national Curriculum and provide tailored education.
  • Create and execute compelling solutions presentations to customers that demonstrate solid business acumen and a strong understanding of product assortment and marketing programs.
  • Support customers in their marketing efforts, including facilitating open houses and in-office events.
  • Welcoming all new Acne Experts & ensuring they take orientation, gain access + leverage continuous education library and become familiar with acne assist.
  • Check-in and offer a consistent 30/60/90-day review approach to New Acne experts.
  • Analyze sales data and business needs to continually assess areas of opportunity, trends, and call activity.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with all call points at locations.
  • Conduct in field and virtual product trainings, educational re-enforcement, and special promotional events (New Product Launches) to drive sales efforts and results, being mindful of the return on investment (ROI) of their time and budget investment.
  • Plan and execute monthly call cycles and occasional in-person visits to support and maintain territory coverage.
  • Supports New Business Development as needed.
  • Enroll accounts in education offerings and opportunities to help drive profitability and engagement.
  • Track and report account activities, market conditions, trends, and competitive information on a monthly basis.
  • Resolve customer issues, investigate problems, develop solutions, and work closely with management.
  • Re-engage former accounts, addressing concerns and bringing them back to the brand.
  • Represent the brand with the highest standards during industry trade shows and conferences, networking with professionals and promoting our products and services. May include some travel, holidays, nights and weekends.
  • Help lead on behalf of Sales Leadership point of view and team priorities in the event of other business needs.
  • Manages expenses within fiscal guidelines and policies.
