Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and executing brand strategy and tactical marketing plans.
  • Support all phases of product launch planning and commercialization.
  • Partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial Operations teams.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, customer insights, market research, and brand performance to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop customer segmentation, positioning, and messaging strategies.
  • Create promotional campaigns and marketing materials with internal teams and agency partners.
  • Support sales force readiness through training materials, sales tools, and launch communications.
  • Manage agency relationships, marketing budgets, and project timelines.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, sales performance, and market share to optimize brand performance.
  • Manage the assigned budget and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Ensure consistent execution of brand strategy across marketing projects.
  • Apply clinical-data expertise for the assigned product, disease state, competitors, and market landscape.
  • Work with the Thought Leader Liaison team to optimize engagement with key opinion leaders and advocacy groups.
  • Ensure marketing activities and materials comply with applicable laws and guidelines, including the Promotional Review Committee approval process.

  • Experience in dermatology.
  • Pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Experience supporting or leading a pharmaceutical product launch.
  • Master of Business Administration is a plus.
