Requirements

  • A proficiency in navigating complex client relationships
  • The ability to think commercially as well as the ability to think outside the box
  • To demonstrate and effectively reinforce with internal and external partners, the importance of consistent accountability and ownership around achieving our goals
  • Strong organizational, project planning and execution skills
  • Comprehension of firm capabilities and services to deliver solutions supporting client goals
  • The ability to lead, prioritize and execute on multiple simultaneous priorities and initiatives
  • The ability to form and cultivate positive relationships with both clients and internal partners
  • Strong DC and Sub advised industry knowledge and relationships
  • The ability to thrive in a highly regulated environment that demands full compliance with policies and procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude that motivates and inspire others
  • BS or BA required; CIMA or CFA preferred
  • Series 7 and 63 required
Responsibilities
  • Building and retaining business and relationships with our largest DC Recordkeeper relationships
  • Collaborating with a talented team responsible for handling the day-to-day needs of those clients
  • Working with a wholesaling team covering both platform wholesalers and top DC Advisors/Consultants
