Requirements
  • 8+ years experience delivering highly successful go to market, engagement and growth strategies and programs with 5+ years specifically in product marketing, ideally in the tech industry.
  • Experience working with a diverse cross-functional team, including product, P&L owners, research, and comms. Expertise managing key partners with diverse needs and perspectives. Senior-level influencing will be key.
Responsibilities
  • Craft the learning agenda in partnership with research teams, unifying insights across diverse sources to inform and guide ongoing product development as well as central/ regional marketing and engagement programs.
  • Influence and shape Earner product and business strategies and roadmaps to strengthen Earner satisfaction and supply hours, closely partnering with the senior leaders within Product, Ops, Comm Ops, Comms and Policy.
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for major product launches, developing compelling naming, messaging, positioning and campaign narratives, setting goals and metrics for success and coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Develop comprehensive global marketing strategies and briefs, developing tailored channel strategies and guiding cross functional and regional teams to support in local implementation of best practices.
  • Tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset, and create thoughtful recommendations and action plans for solving those problems.
