Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum of two years of professional accounting experience
  • Large ERP Experience, NetSuite preferred
  • Prior experience working with multiple entities, global offices, and foreign currencies preferred
  • CPA a plus
Responsibilities
  • Complete monthly account reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance within SOX environment
  • Manage and reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, deposits, and lease schedules
  • Reconcile intercompany account balances
  • Assist with multi-currency treasury activities
  • Prepare and enter month-end journal entries
  • Process, record, and review vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursements
  • Assist with continuous process improvements
  • Perform other duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate
