Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years experience in a direct account executive or indirect sales role (B2B sales experience is preferred); or equivalent relevant experience
  • Solid project management and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong CRM experience with Salesforce or similar systems
  • Familiarity in programs such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom/WebEx/GoToMeeting
  • Understand how technology products and services and solutions can solve business problems
Responsibilities
  • Initiating, identifying, prospecting and targeting new leads
  • Managing multiple accounts, contracts, contacts and business relationships to meet or exceed sales quota objectives
  • Maintaining a high level and focus on consultative solution-based selling of highest value products and services
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual target revenue goals
  • Using an extensive database to develop pipelines for new accounts and close new business programs
  • Researching, uncovering and targeting key decision-makers to initiate the sales process and close new business opportunities
  • Proactively communicating with clients and accounts to ensure satisfaction with programs and solutions
  • Utilizing Salesforce CRM to document and track customer projects, and work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Resolving prospect and customer inquiries, requests and concerns in a professional manner
  • Providing compelling product demos, discussing contract terms, quoting prices, negotiations and ultimately closing sales
  • Developing new account sales plans to achieve individual goals
  • Regular travel required to meet with customers and potential customers onsite
