Requirements
  • Extensive experience in program or portfolio management, including leading large-scale technology transformation or organizational change programs
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-workstream, cross-functional programs with significant organizational change components
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to run executive steering cadences and influence senior leadership stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of software development organizations and modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, agile delivery, and DevOps
  • Hands-on expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, and driving adoption of new operating models across large engineering organizations
  • Track record of operating effectively in matrixed environments where authority is distributed and influence is earned
Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end program plan and delivery roadmap across all transformation workstreams, including organizational structure redesign, AI-native engineering platform adoption, shift-left governance and compliance, developer enablement, operating model change, and security and legal process modernization.
  • Drive the weekly program management cadence, surfacing and resolving roadblocks, managing cross-stream dependencies, and maintaining momentum across a multi-quarter delivery roadmap.
  • Coordinate across workstream leads to ensure timely decisions, manage interdependencies, and unify the program into one coherent effort rather than a collection of parallel initiatives.
  • Prepare and facilitate bi-weekly executive Steering Group updates, translating program complexity into clear status, risks, and decisions needed.
  • Partner with workstream leads to build and operationalize a governance framework, including charters, decision rights, escalation paths, and accountability structures, that empowers teams to execute autonomously.
  • Drive adoption of a new integrated product and engineering delivery lifecycle, replacing legacy sprint-based conventions with a modern, AI-native operating model.
  • Own business readiness and success measurement, defining what good looks like, building dashboards to track it, and reporting outcomes to leadership.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, and change management across Product, Engineering, HR, Legal, and Security, building trust and alignment across a matrixed organization.
  • Champion AI-native ways of working, including agentic tooling, reduced ceremony, and outcome-focused delivery, within the program, while coordinating the sequencing of pilot programs across engineering teams in partnership with platform engineering and pilot leads.
Desired Qualifications
  • Preferred experience leading or supporting an AI, machine learning, or agentic tooling transformation program
  • Familiarity with SDLC process design, such as shift-left security, governance automation, or developer enablement, along with prior exposure to enterprise-scale platform or developer infrastructure programs is nice to have
  • Product and Engineering background with experience in program governance, OKRs, and business readiness measures with PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification is a plus

FICO provides data analytics and decision management tools that help financial institutions assess credit risk and detect fraud. The company’s primary product, the FICO score, works by transforming consumer credit report data into a numerical value that predicts the likelihood of a borrower repaying a loan. Unlike many competitors, FICO’s scoring system serves as the primary industry standard for consumer lending in the United States, integrated directly into software that manages the entire customer lifecycle. The company’s goal is to provide lenders with the predictive tools necessary to make informed, data-driven decisions regarding account origination, marketing, and risk management.

myFICO launches mortgage score simulator to help consumers prepare credit health before home loans

myFICO, the consumer division of FICO, has launched a new FICO Mortgage Score Simulator to help consumers prepare their credit before applying for mortgages. Available to myFICO Premier subscribers, the tool simulates how different credit actions could impact FICO Score versions most widely used in US mortgage lending. The simulator allows users to explore how common credit behaviours—such as paying bills on time, reducing credit card balances, or applying for new credit—may affect their scores without impacting their actual credit profile. Small changes in credit profiles can significantly influence mortgage eligibility and interest rates, potentially creating substantial savings over a loan's lifetime. The tool aims to provide transparency into mortgage readiness and help consumers make informed financial decisions before applying for home loans.

FICO and LoanPASS launch first batch pricing tool for FICO Score 10T credit model

FICO has partnered with LoanPASS to launch the first batch pricing tool for FICO Score 10T, enabling lenders to price thousands of files simultaneously and compare outcomes between FICO Score 10T and Classic FICO scoring models. LoanPASS was the first Product and Pricing Engine to implement FICO Score 10T for non-conforming mortgage loans. The new batch pricing functionality allows lenders to analyse performance characteristics at scale using trended credit bureau data, which provides a more comprehensive view of consumer credit behaviour over time. Early adopters of FICO Score 10T have seen potential improvements in predictive performance of up to 10% over previous versions. The tool is designed to help lenders make more informed decisions about credit risk and pricing strategies in the mortgage market.
