Responsibilities
  • Working in teams and independently to develop and lead short-term compliance projects and initiatives
  • Assisting in the production and review of related materials for various risk forums/committees
  • Performing quality control audits of compliance processes
  • Gathering and analyzing relevant compliance-related information to create deliverables and establish necessary recommendations on compliance matters such as, Training, Regulatory Change Management, Metrics, Reporting, etc.
  • Executing ad hoc reporting for management as needed
  • Initiating change, integration, operationalization/automation of new and existing systems and processes
  • Following up on new laws and regulations of the financial market that impact the company
  • Providing support in the relationship with regulators
  • Monitoring key global regulations
