Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Revenue Management Certification (IHG or equivalent) preferred.
  • 5–7 years of progressive Revenue Management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong commercial acumen, proven strategic thinking, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement dynamic pricing, segmentation, and inventory strategies across Rooms, F&B, Events, and ancillary revenue streams.
  • Drive RevPAR, RGI, and GOP performance while ensuring long-term profitability.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and deliver accurate daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts.
  • Align revenue forecasts with operational and financial objectives.
  • Monitor key KPIs (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP) and competitor performance.
  • Use tools such as STR, OTA Insights, and Opera PMS to provide actionable insights and influence decision-making.
  • Oversee IHG revenue systems (IBP, CRS, Opera).
  • Ensure accuracy of rate codes, distribution settings, and compliance with global brand standards.
  • Manage all distribution channels (direct, OTA, GDS, corporate).
  • Optimize cost of sale, maintain rate parity, and drive direct booking strategies.
  • Lead and inspire the Reservations team.
  • Partner closely with Sales team, Marketing, and Operations, driving weekly revenue meetings to align strategies and deliver results.
  • Influence senior leadership with clear, data-driven recommendations.
