  • proficient in Flink and Java
  • proficient in messaging queue frameworks such as Kafka, Pulsar, RabbitMQ, etc.
  • depth belief in our mission and strong enthusiasm in AI / data
  • 5-8 years software individual contributor experiences
  • experiences in startups and enterprises
  • proficiency in at least one of the following public cloud: AWS/GCP/Azure
  • proven record of building a complex service from scratch to production
  • experiences in delivering incremental features and maintaining reliabilities of a production service
  • good understanding in best practices in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and security compliance
Responsibilities
  • Set technical direction for streaming data processing engine
  • Hands-on implementation of streaming data processing engine
  • Practice engineering best practices for system design, coding, documentation and communication
  • Work closely with engineering team members and operation team to identify new priorities and communicate it well
  • Contribute to engineering development process improvements
Desired Qualifications
  • proven experiences of building a team and mentoring skills
  • PhD training in computer science or similar areas
  • previous startup founder experiences
  • Proficient in react / vue, and CRUD
  • Proficient in embedded CV and related framworks, such as TensorRT, Gstreamer, etc.
  • Product manager leadership in AI/ML based products
