Requirements
  • Experience in IT technical support and administration for Windows and MacOS is helpful
  • Diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to use asset management software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of Windows and/or MacOS operating systems
  • Familiarity with Linux is a plus.
  • Must be able to lift equipment up to 50 lbs and set up desks, ensuring all equipment is properly installed and operational for new hires.
Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring minimal disruption to their work.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and IT assets.
  • Support AV and conference room technology setup and troubleshooting.
  • Help keep users and company resources in line with company policies and industry best practices

  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
  • Assist with basic networking tasks such as port patching and troubleshooting network connectivity.
  • Order and install computer peripherals for users
