Requirements
- 8+ years of IT Business Analysis experience
- Proven experience with data architecture/mapping, data flow diagrams, entity-relationship diagrams, master data management, business objects reports, extract, transform and load processes
- Project experience with Field Data Capture systems (e.g. PVR, Fieldview, etc.)
- Upstream Oil and Gas experience (ideally in Production Management/Operations domain)
- Proficiency with MS Visio and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Initiative and self-motivation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-developed team skills with a collaborative work style
- Process oriented with ability to discuss, advise, coordinate and document processes
- Strong organizational skills (especially as it relates to prioritizing and managing multiple tasks)
- Solid analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Exceptional negotiation skills with ability to solve problems and balance varying needs
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with MS Project, Livelink, SharePoint would be beneficial
