  • 5+ years of experience delivering data centric solutions on warehousing, big data, and cloud platforms
  • 3+ years of experience design and tuning a MPP environment
  • 3+ years of experience with an Enterprise Reporting Suite (preferred PowerBI, Analysis Services)
  • Proficient in data modeling tools (Erwin, ER/Studio, or similar)
  • Expert SQL and query optimization techniques
  • Expert data modeling (Kimball/Inmon) techniques
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
  • Work closely with delivery teams and subject matter experts to deliver data warehousing solutions that are reliable, flexible, scalable, and provide low-cost ownership.
  • Participate in the design, development, documentation, and application of best practices and procedures that govern the implementation of data assets.
  • Partner with Enterprise Architecture to ensure the data architecture aligns with the company’s overall IT and data strategies
  • Partner with Data Governance to enforce governance policies, including data quality, data security, and metadata management
  • Provide technical mentoring, guidance, and training to Data and Analytic engineering resources.
