Requirements
  • At least 7 years of work experience as an Operations Manager or Senior Operations Manager in a distribution center or warehouse.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managerial or leadership positions in a distribution center or warehouse.
  • At least 3 years of experience implementing Lean principles and 5S.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Frequent standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
Responsibilities
  • Own the overall performance of assigned distribution center buildings and departments, including P&L responsibility.
  • Ensure timely, secure, and accurate delivery of distribution center products and services through effective deployment of courier and delivery resources within expense and profit targets.
  • Partner with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition resources to achieve staffing and retention targets through recruiting, job fairs, advertising, temporary staffing, and cross-training while minimizing overtime.
  • Maintain relationships with field store partners, corporate partners, asset protection, and transportation teams to resolve service gaps and concerns.
  • Achieve distribution center productivity, key performance, and quality metrics in partnership with supply chain teams and support partners.
  • Ensure compliance with Drug Enforcement Administration, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, employment, wage and hour, Equal Employment Opportunity, affirmative action, and other government regulations.
  • Maintain floor presence, engage colleagues and front-line leaders, and follow up on feedback and critical action items.
  • Establish communication channels across all leadership and colleague levels within the distribution center.
  • Partner with the Human Resources Business Partner to drive a distribution center colleague-engagement strategy and use survey data to establish action items.
  • Partner with the Director on succession planning and talent-management processes to grow, develop, and retain talent.
  • Ensure a strong training experience for distribution center colleagues by partnering with training and Human Resources resources.
  • Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and metrics, as well as employee-experience metrics including engagement, retention, turnover, and overtime.
  • Drive an inclusive culture throughout the distribution center.
  • Partner with the Human Resources Manager and Training Coordinator to design and execute a comprehensive people strategy, assign accountabilities, and measure results.
  • Set timelines and accountabilities, empower the team to complete action steps, and navigate ambiguity and change to achieve goals.
  • Optimize facility product flow and building capacity through root-cause analysis and action planning.
  • Participate in meetings and calls with corporate partners to support distribution center network and supply chain strategies.
  • Develop a comprehensive distribution center talent strategy with the Human Resources Manager and site Director.
  • Promote a high-performance culture by setting clear goals and expectations.
  • Coach and mentor the team and support individual development plans for high-potential talent.
  • Hold the distribution center leadership team accountable for developing team capabilities and creating individual development plans.
  • Drive adoption of enterprise talent profiles and development programs.

Nine major PBMs to display TrumpRx prescription drug prices from 2027

Nine pharmacy benefit managers will integrate TrumpRx prescription drug pricing into their benefit tools, effective 1 January 2027. The Pharmaceutical Care Management Association and participating PBMs—including CVS Health, Express Scripts, Humana, and OptumRx—will display cash prices from TrumpRx alongside plan coverage costs. The agreement covers commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid plans. Patients will see TrumpRx prices for all listed drugs, whether through presidential deals or standard pricing. CMS Administrator Dr Mehmet Oz said the commitment will help patients compare prices and find better deals. PCMA CEO David Marin stated the transparency will allow consumers to make better-informed choices about prescription drug costs. Some PBMs will use Real Time Benefit Tools to display pricing comparisons, whilst others may employ different methods.
