Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Video Production team, graphic designers, and Production Specialists while supporting their individual growth.
  • Work closely with learning design, business intelligence, and program management teams to integrate creative production with strategic objectives.
  • Manage and work closely with the Senior Multimedia Specialist to ensure consistent policies and design procedures across the graphic design and animation team.
  • Act as a liaison with other EDGE teams to produce results.
  • Take feedback from team members and clients, address concerns, and provide new solutions.
  • Support media production management, studio setup and breakdown, faculty, staff, and student coaching, and communication across teams.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse design team with capabilities in video production, digital media, visual design, animation, and emerging technologies.
  • Lead professional development for the team.
  • Lead the Video Production, Virtual Production, and Creative Digital Media team to deliver video and digital media production experiences.
  • Lead media discovery, ideation, and prototyping for new programs, partnership opportunities, and digital learning innovations.
  • Establish product vision, design standards, and quality benchmarks across EDGE media design outputs.
  • Provide creative leadership and innovative thinking throughout the multimedia production process.
  • Coordinate all elements of production.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and workflows, ensuring efficiency and clear communication across EDGE teams and external vendors.
  • Provide creative content expertise and operational support for B2B partnerships, program development, and innovation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Director of Video Production to maintain the Studio and meet short- and long-term objectives.
  • Present creative concepts, product vision, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, academic partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Lead production of educational media assets for high-impact projects and marketing assets.
  • Build digital media assets and components for reuse, scaling, and optimization across learning management systems and distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with senior team members on prototype ideation and video-production strategy.
  • Lead digital media development vision and strategy, define scope within timelines, and establish quality expectations after identifying product media scope.
  • Collaborate with marketing partners to analyze marketing performance metrics and audience engagement data to refine and optimize content strategy.
  • Collaborate with design teams and faculty to identify and create digital media asset types, features, and development strategies that meet product quality, time, and budget expectations.
  • Lead development of Virtual Production and Video Exemplars.
  • Establish best practices for media content development and learner messaging, ensuring consistency in quality, voice, and brand alignment across digital touchpoints.
  • Support the media and design team in scoping projects at the suite and product level and making assignment recommendations.
  • Develop and execute product storytelling and learner engagement strategies for EDGE programs, B2B partnerships, and institutional initiatives.
