Requirements
  • 1–2 years’ experience in resource management, professional services resourcing, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with Retain or other resourcing tools.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with RM team members and business stakeholders to understand resourcing needs.
  • Responding to resourcing requests and helping to allocate resources effectively.
  • Building relationships across teams by liaising with colleagues and addressing queries.
  • Updating Retain, our resource management system, with new projects, leave requests, and booking extensions.
  • Supporting the monitoring of capacity and utilisation levels, flagging issues where needed.
  • Maintaining team files and documentation.
