We’re currently looking for a Universal Banker to join our team in a dynamic, customer-facing role that blends banking expertise with genuine human connection.

What You’ll Do

As a Universal Banker, you’ll be the go-to person for our customers—helping them with everyday banking needs, guiding them through account openings, and offering solutions that make their financial lives easier. You’ll:

• Greet customers with warmth and professionalism
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Open and close accounts, and help customers choose the right products
• Support branch operations including vault and ATM management
• Spot opportunities to introduce helpful services and products
• Be a trusted resource for your team and your community

You’re a natural communicator who enjoys working with people and solving problems. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You may have experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service—and you’re ready to take the next step.

• Annual Bonus Opportunity – Earn 1.5%–3% of your salary based on company performance and goals.
• Competitive Pay – Starting at $18.00–$21.89/hour, based on location, experience, and skills.

Note: Final compensation will reflect internal equity and may vary depending on your location and qualifications.

Sign-On Bonus Available!

We’re excited to offer a sign-on bonus to the selected candidate for this position. The bonus will be included in regularly scheduled paychecks and is subject to applicable taxes and payroll deductions.
