  • 7 or more years' experience in public accounting with an emphasis on Tax
  • BS/BA degree in Accounting or related field (Masters degree a plus)
  • Licensed CPA, or in the process of obtaining CPA license
  • Capability to research and oversee complex tax issues and projects with an exposure to a variety of entities and industries
  • Able to manage multiple complex projects and deliver in a timely manner
  • Ability and/or interest in generating and building business, delegating work and manage staff
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities
  • Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of high-net worth individuals, partnerships, and corporations
  • Oversee complex tax research projects for a variety of clients and diverse industries
  • Work with clients to minimize their federal, state, and local tax liability
  • Supervise tax associates' assignments and manage the day-to-day delivery of tax consulting services to the client
  • Develop and motivate tax seniors and associates by reviewing their work and providing them with counseling, leadership and career guidance
  • Manage multiple engagements and deliver high quality products timely and efficiently
