Requirements
  • Master proficiency in Workday Financial Management.
  • Master proficiency in Account Delivery Management.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in relevant related skills.
  • Proven experience delivering at least two major Workday implementations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading AI-enabled transformation or embedding AI and automation into large-scale delivery.
  • Working knowledge of Workday's AI capabilities and responsible AI and data governance practices.
  • Previous consulting experience or equivalent professional experience as an internal consultant or with a consulting or software company.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
  • Experience with pre-sale and sales activities.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of studies.
  • Minimum five years of Workday experience with a strong track record delivering complex Workday programs.
  • Proven experience in a Project Manager or Delivery Lead role, leading multiple workstreams and managing delivery across large-scale initiatives.
  • Experience overseeing a portfolio of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging and influencing senior client executives and leadership teams.
  • Ability to operate in a global environment with stakeholders across multiple countries, time zones, and cultures.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships, drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, and balance strategic objectives with delivery execution.
  • Current independent working rights for Australia, such as Australian citizenship or permanent residence.
Responsibilities
  • Lead teams of consultants and clients to reach implementation and transformation goals on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement business solutions aligned with industry standards and organisational goals.
  • Work across the full technology transformation project lifecycle and step in at any stage of the project.
  • Identify scope and write functional requirements and specifications; develop and support cost-effective blueprints, estimates, and conceptual designs.
  • Implement new requirements and solutions.
  • Align technology with business strategy and goals; gather requirements from clients to analyse, design, and implement best-practice technology and business changes.
  • Serve as an internal and external expert in functional, industry, domain, or offering expertise.
  • Serve as a practice thought leader for digital human resources and finance transformation and the digital employee experience.
  • Collaborate with diverse groups to ensure solutions are comprehensive and effective.
  • Advise clients on human capital management and financial management technology decisions and strategies.
  • Solution and deliver integrated Workday offerings that enable a client's digital employee experience.
  • Own the engagement's AI agenda and set the vision for applying AI within the Workday solution and program delivery.
  • Advise clients on adopting Workday's AI and machine learning capabilities, including Workday Illuminate, and on the process, role, and change implications of AI-enabled HR and finance operations.
  • Embed AI and automation assets into delivery to accelerate design, configuration, data conversion, testing, and documentation, and hold the team accountable for measurable productivity gains.
  • Establish responsible AI and data governance covering model transparency, human oversight, privacy, and compliance with Australian regulatory obligations.
  • Build AI fluency across the team, coach consultants on AI-enabled delivery practices, and reskill them as tooling evolves.
  • Create, implement, and manage a program office function supporting delivery or product execution.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities.
  • Define project scope with key stakeholders and manage milestones and dependencies.
  • Support management of financial, contractual, and operational commitments.
  • Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting.
  • Mitigate risks defined in the project plan.
  • Oversee and maintain practices and procedures aligned with best practice.
  • Manage financial and operational PMO and governance controls.

The company generated $73.1 billion in revenue over the past twelve months, with operating margins widening to 17% in Q3. Managed services revenue grew 5% in local currency. In the first nine months of fiscal 2026, clients made 104 quarterly bookings exceeding $100 million, up 13% year-on-year. Consulting revenue grew just 1% in local currency in Q3. Management attributes the slowdown to the Middle East conflict affecting regional and discretionary spending. The CEO acknowledged that client budgets have not been growing, with spending simply being redirected rather than increased.

Accenture appoints Emma Chalwin as chief marketing officer
