Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of related work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate in a highly efficient, knowledgeable and professional manner
  • Functional utilization of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Demonstratable analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments with varying priorities and due dates
  • Familiarity with interstate natural gas pipeline tariffs, contracts, and operations
  • Working knowledge of the North American Energy Standards Board (NAESB) standards as they apply to nominations, scheduling, allocations and confirmations
  • Must be flexible and willing to occasionally support scheduling during peak periods and holidays, occasional nights and weekends
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain transportation and storage customer relationships by serving as a primary point of contact within the Nominations and Scheduling team
  • Provide a high level of customer service via phone, video, and chat services
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve various customer and operator inquiries related to nominations and scheduling, confirmations and OBA/imbalance management
  • Provide customers with training on transactional system functions and features
  • Analyze and report on customer utilization from both a macro and micro perspective and produce various analytics as needed
  • Regularly monitor activity for OBAs, park & loan, and power plants to ensure compliance with Tariff and service standards
  • Review and optimize transactional flow models and manage location changes
  • Develop requirements, provide test plans for new processes and transactional systems
  • Occasional domestic travel as needed
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as required
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working with interstate pipeline transactional systems and scheduling natural gas activity for interstate pipelines and/or storage companies
  • Working knowledge of TC Energy’s natural gas pipelines and storage companies
  • Experience using MS Power BI, MS Visio and Excel macros
  • Writing & maintaining Access, SQL & Excel queries
