- A Bac+5 degree in Logistics Management is required.
- At least five years of experience is required, ideally in mass retail, transport, or fresh products.
- Knowledge of warehouse logistics principles and inventory management is required.
- Knowledge of regulations and constraints related to fresh, ambient, and frozen products is required.
- Proficiency with office tools and business applications or warehouse management systems such as Infolog, Océan, or Discoverer is required.
- A valid category B driving licence is mandatory.
- Candidates must demonstrate rigor, dynamism, analytical ability, prioritization, responsiveness, cross-functional collaboration, diplomacy, service orientation, and a results focus.
- Coordinate supply operations by managing and smoothing receiving capacity by sector, adapting delivery schedules to seasonality, and handling discrepancies with the national team.
- Manage daily receiving operations, including welcoming carriers, checking delivery notes, managing priorities, and ensuring compliance with requirements for temperatures, palletization, and packaging.
- Monitor site saturation, manage inventory rotation using first-in, first-out principles, prevent damage, track use-by dates, and manage inter-inventory and overflow-base transfers.
- Resolve delivery disputes and anomalies with supply planners, including delays, returns, non-conformities, and damaged goods.
- Monitor promotional operations and ensure the proper integration and smooth shipment of promoted products.
- Act as the strategic and operational link between site operations and centralized procurement and flow teams.
- Travel to different Group sites in France for the four-week onboarding training and begin at another establishment in Seine-et-Marne before the Montsoult site opens.
- Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to maintain logistics flow, service levels, and store satisfaction.
- Experience in mass retail, transport, or fresh products is preferred.
- Experience with Infolog, Océan, Discoverer, or equivalent warehouse management systems is preferred.
