Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Request and analyze sales and forecast reporting by channel and account, and circulate business updates internally for all retailers and marketplaces.

  • Maintain and update store distribution lists and active category and retailer footprints.

  • Support the Vice President in following up on licensee payments as needed.
  • Lead the management of a subset of brand licensees with guidance from the Vice President.
  • Execute online and in-store market research to identify market opportunities and positioning.
  • Research prospective retail opportunities and prepare pitch decks.
  • Collaborate and liaise with internal marketing and public relations teams on needs supporting brand strategy and growth, including line sheets, samples, pricing, and launch dates.
  • Maintain merchandising inputs for the marketing team’s launch calendars.
  • Contribute to weekly meetings with marketing and creative teams.
  • Assist with building and maintaining the time and action calendar, alerting appropriate stakeholders when timelines slip.
  • Collaborate with licensees to manage product approvals where required by the brand.
  • Collaborate with licensees to manage go-to-market assets such as line lists and line sheets.
  • Provide trademark proof of usage.
  • Assist with tasks by liaising with the legal team and own legal team updates.
  • Own and maintain detailed trackers for partner contracts and terms.
  • Support the Royalty Zone process by validating partner inputs, generating ad hoc reporting, tracking required system updates, and maintaining records of new approvals.
  • Schedule and own agendas for internal bi-monthly and weekly touch bases.
