  • 1+ years experience in Android development
  • Experience with Kotlin (our apps are 100% Kotlin!)
  • Experience creating custom UI elements and creating a rich, interactive UX
  • Experience using AndroidX libraries
  • Experience with dependency injection frameworks (Koin, Dagger, Hilt)
  • Solid understanding of modern software architectures (MVVM)
  • Knowledge of mobile network communication (okHttp, retrofit)
Responsibilities
  • Build end-to-end features of the app; individually or through pairing with other developers
  • Write clean, understandable and testable code (our apps are 100% covered by unit tests)
  • Work in a collaborative Agile environment with product managers, designers, QA, and other developers
  • Champion technical and functional improvements within the app to stay on the cutting edge of technology
  • Have a direct impact on the product
  • Solve complex technical challenges
  • Other duties as required.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience writing unit tests (jUnit)
  • Experience with Jetpack Compose
  • Experience with GraphQL (Apollo Android)
  • Experience with writing UI unit tests (Robolectric, Espresso)
  • Experience in mobile devOps, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, TravisCI)
  • Experience with profiling, troubleshooting and optimizing app performance
  • Passionate about sports and/or esports (no matter how big or small)
