Requirements

  • 3+ years of work experience in an HRBP capacity or related field (Performance Management, Talent Management, HR Consulting, HR, HR Ops)
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with executives and teams in remote/hybrid distributed settings
  • Organizational design and annual talent planning experience
  • High-growth and/or fast paced tech company experience
  • Experience with compensation structures for GTM teams
  • Experience working with talent management software
Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company and your organization's business, talent, and culture strategies and needs
  • Deliver measurable insights into employee engagement and health metrics through quarterly pulse surveys and other key data sources with a focus on action planning to address areas for opportunity
  • Partner with functional leadership on current and future growth talent strategies, design, programs, and practices that will align to and enable their organization's goals
  • Work collaboratively across People Programs to assess needs, provide program development advice, deliver, and drive adoption of programs supporting our managers and employees
  • Provide performance and development coaching to our people leaders, working closely with talent development programs on manager enablement and delivery
  • Coach leaders through employee relations including but not limited to performance, experience and compliance working closely with People Ops and Legal as needed
  • Advise and support execution for key company planning and review cycles including compensation, promotion, and annual workforce planning
  • Support the business growth through job architecture design, career development frameworks, and new role evaluations
  • Champion and help operationalize inclusion by ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies are infused in our organizational design, talent strategy, and programs
  • Collaborate with others (People team, cross-functional partners, HRBP peers, etc.) to build and roll-out company and employee experience initiatives
