Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and /or Speech Language Pathology.

  • delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out all assigned duties to provide both clinical and operational oversight to the delivery of rehabilitative services.
