Requirements
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate Computer Science or Engineering major.
  • Knowledge of developing artificial intelligence systems.
  • Knowledge of agentic systems, prompt engineering, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and vector databases.
  • Strong analytical, programming, problem-determination, and debugging skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to gather and synthesize input from multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Comfort working on process design and documentation in addition to technical tasks.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
Responsibilities
  • Participate in the design and definition of a new AI-driven POD operating model for end-to-end solution and feature development.
  • Identify and document human review, decision, and approval gateways within the AI-driven development process.
  • Assist in piloting the POD concept on a sample feature or solution.
  • Create process documentation, templates, and guidelines for forming and operating PODs.
  • Work with architects, business analysts, product managers, product owners, and quality assurance teams to gather input and refine the process.
  • Gather input from internal teams on business requirements document practices, templates, and tools.
  • Analyze and consolidate team-specific documentation practices into a standardized approach.
  • Design, build, and test a new BRD Creation skill for the AI Dev Portal.
  • Run and iterate on pilot tests using real or representative use cases.
  • Present findings and drive stakeholder buy-in to support adoption of the new skill.
  • Gather validation and feedback from teams using the BRD Reviewer skill.
  • Analyze usage feedback to identify gaps, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
  • Implement enhancements to improve the skill’s accuracy and performance.
  • Validate improvements with stakeholders and document updates.
  • Participate in the design, development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of systems supporting applications and business-critical functionality.
  • Work within the agile development team and with stakeholders to address requirements, adhere to timelines, and meet deliverables.
  • Learn about company product offerings, client usage, and the product development lifecycle.
Desired Qualifications
  • Participation in an agile software development life cycle and use of agile project management tools.
  • Ability to use code versioning tools such as Git or SVN.
  • Software development experience with Java, C++, or similar languages.
  • Modern web development experience with HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
  • Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, or process and workflow design.
