Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field preferred.
  • 7–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in managed care, long-term services and supports, or healthcare operations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, regulated programs (Medicaid/MLTSS strongly preferred).
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving enterprise initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of MLTSS programs, home and community-based services, and long-term care delivery models.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the strategic direction for MLTSS Operations aligned with Government Programs and enterprise priorities.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and member-centric services across the MLTSS continuum.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, operational efficiency, and member satisfaction.
  • Ensure full compliance with NJ MLTSS contract requirements, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Oversee program audits, readiness activities, and corrective action plans.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee care coordination activities across multiple care settings to ensure seamless member experiences.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of member assessments in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Lead the non-clinical operations team supporting authorization management and provider outreach.
  • Partner with Provider Contracting and Network teams to maintain an adequate and high-performing LTCSS network.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Medical Economics, Clinical, Compliance, Analytics) and external partners to drive program outcomes.
  • Represent MLTSS Operations in enterprise and regulatory workgroups.
  • Leverage data insights to monitor program performance, identify trends, and drive evidence-based decision-making.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to develop reporting on population health outcomes and operational performance.
  • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation and process improvement strategies.
  • Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Oversee staff training, development, and performance management processes.
  • Assess workforce capabilities and implement targeted learning and development initiatives.

ROI-NJ Staff(Trenton) July 30, 2026 2025 NJ Chamber Women of Inspiration Awards Reception, Thursday, Sept. 18, 2025. - Connolly Photography/New Jersey Chamber of Commerce via Flickr The New Jersey Chamber of Commerce will honor 10 women business leaders and advocates at its 2026 Women of Inspiration Awards Reception on Oct. 22 at The National Conference Center in East Windsor. The annual awards recognize women who have used their leadership, advocacy and professional work to create economic opportunities and contribute to New Jersey's business community. "We are proud to recognize the New Jersey Chamber's 10 Women of Inspiration, whose accomplishments reflect the strength and diversity of New Jersey's business community," Tom Bracken, president and CEO of the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce, said. "Representing a wide range of industries, backgrounds and experiences, these remarkable leaders inspire through their innovation, dedication and impact." This year's Alice H. Parker Outstanding Woman of Inspiration Award will go to Amy Mansue, CEO of Inspira Health Network. Mansue has spent four decades in health care, government and statewide leadership roles. She previously served as president and CEO of Inspira from 2020 to 2025 and continues as CEO, focusing on the organization's long-term strategic vision. The chamber will present its Employer Advocate Award to Kellie Doucette, chief operating officer to New Jersey Gov. Mikie Sherrill. Doucette is the state's first chief operating officer and is responsible for coordinating state agencies and helping turn policy into action. She also has played a role in Sherrill's 21-county business outreach tour. Heather Staples, executive vice president of enterprise operations, business and technology solutions, and chief information officer at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, will receive the Outstanding Corporate Leader Award. Staples joined Horizon in 2024 and oversees technology, information security, enterprise program management, analytics and operations. Debbie Hart, president and CEO of BioNJ, will receive the Association Advocate Award. Hart co-founded BioNJ in 1994 and has helped build the organization into a major voice for New Jersey's biotechnology and life sciences industry. The Issues Advocate Award will go to Eileen Mannion, vice president of public policy, state and local government affairs at Verizon. Mannion leads Verizon's public policy and government affairs work in New Jersey and supports the company's state and local government affairs teams nationally. Other honorees include Liat Krawczyk, executive director of the New Jersey AI Hub, who will receive the Business Innovation Award; Michele Siekerka, president and CEO of the New Jersey Business & Industry Association, who will receive the Business Advocate Award; Aiysha "A.J."
