Requirements
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain and foster cooperative and courteous working relationships with the public, peers, and supervisors.
- High School Diploma and basic math competency.
- Ability to look up directions and navigate.
- Ability to communicate clearly over the phone, online, and in person.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, and reach.
- Ability to use a cell phone to access directions, take pictures, and perform inspections.
- Driving record free of DUIs.
- Pass pre-employment and random substance abuse screenings.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Maintain a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload off-highway vehicles, including all-terrain vehicles, utility task vehicles, and dune buggies, at the storage facility staging area.
- Perform off-highway vehicle pre-trip and check-in inspections, as well as fuel and prepare off-highway vehicles.
- Maintain knowledge of the different rentals offered by SunBuggy to competently answer questions and set proper guest expectations.
- Coordinate with the Site Manager to ensure rental vehicles are ready before guests arrive.
- Maintain a neat appearance of vehicles and participate in keeping the shop and staging areas clean.
- Prepare and line up off-highway vehicles according to the schedule and submit a ready picture for quality control.
- Assist with rinsing equipment at the end of the day.
- Greet and orient guests before rental and take a go picture with each group.
