Requirements
  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience in a Managing/Director/VP role in Enterprise PaaS / SaaS sales
  • At least 5+ years of experience managing Strategic and Large Enterprise Account Executives/Managers
  • Proven track record of success in driving new business and expanding existing customer base
  • Demonstrated success in building, hiring, and scaling large enterprise sales teams
  • Experience operating in a high-growth business environment
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Proficiency in navigating complex contract structures and handling large seven-figure deals
  • Strong history of quota attainment and exceptional performance within a high-achieving team
  • Proven ability to engage effectively with executives
  • Contribution to a GTM transition and/or new product introduction
  • Enterprise Sales experience with mid six-figure ACV & 6 month+ sales cycles
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of enterprise Regional Directors and Account Executives, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business acquisition and expand existing customer relationships within the West Coast region
  • Drive team performance and productivity, ensuring sales targets and objectives are met and exceeded
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, executives, and stakeholders
  • Navigate complex sales processes and contract negotiations for large deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve overall business goals
  • Drive revenue growth and contribute to the company's success in a high-growth environment
  • Leverage your customer-facing skills to engage effectively with executives
  • Utilize familiarity with cloud service providers, channel partnerships, and knowledge of Platform as a Service (PaaS) and/or SaaS to explore growth opportunities
