Red Bull makes and markets energy drinks. It focuses on a signature global beverage and uses a distinct marketing strategy to build the brand. How it works: the drink combines ingredients such as caffeine and sugars (originally based on Krating Daeng) and is carbonated for Western palates, distributed worldwide through large-scale marketing, sponsorships, and events to boost sales. How it differs: it remains privately held by the founding families, avoiding public funding, and relies on a marketing-heavy approach—extreme-sports sponsorships, high-profile events, and a strong brand identity—rather than conventional product features alone. What it aims to do: maintain leadership in the energy-drink category, grow globally through branding and partnerships, and continue expanding its product line and presence without going public.

NourNet launches sovereign AI Agent Platform and expands data center to 10 MW at LEAP 2026. 10 Sept 2026 By: IDCNOVA Region: Middle East Saudi digital services provider NourNet concluded its participation at LEAP 2026 in Riyadh with a series of announcements aimed at strengthening the Kingdom's sovereign AI and digital infrastructure capabilities, including the beta launch of a new AI Agent Platform, the expansion of its flagship data center, and strategic agreements with a roster of global and regional technology companies. The AI Agent Platform represents a significant step in NourNet's push to give Saudi organizations a locally operated foundation for adopting artificial intelligence at scale. Designed to help enterprises build, deploy and operate intelligent agents across a range of business functions, the platform combines Agentic AI with Inference-as-a-Service, enabling the automation of operational tasks, the execution of multi-step workflows and interaction with enterprise data. Hosted entirely within NourNet's Saudi data centers, it provides access to Arabic-tuned and multilingual models while ensuring that customer data and AI workloads remain inside the Kingdom - a critical consideration for government entities and regulated industries operating under Saudi data sovereignty requirements. In parallel, NourNet announced the expansion of its main data center, bringing total capacity to 10 MW and up to 750 racks. The additional capacity is intended to serve government entities, regulated industries, enterprises and hyperscalers seeking greater local capacity to host critical data and workloads, including increasingly demanding AI infrastructure. The expansion underscores the growing pressure on regional operators to scale physical infrastructure in step with surging demand for AI compute across the Gulf. NourNet also signed agreements with HPE, Rebellions, Red Bull MOBILE, TLS, Systems Arabia, Scality, Protectt AI and EnableNow, broadening the range of solutions available to its customers in Saudi Arabia. In addition, the company held strategic executive meetings with Microsoft, Fortinet, Cloudflare, Splunk and Veeam to deepen relationships with global technology leaders. Eng. Amjad A. Hafez, Chief Executive Officer of NourNet, said: "For more than two decades, NourNet has focused on bringing world-class technology capability within reach of organizations in the Kingdom - locally, securely, and on their terms. The launch of our new AI Agent Platform is a natural next step in that journey: it gives Saudi organizations a sovereign foundation to adopt AI at scale, keeping their data and workloads inside the Kingdom while unlocking the full potential of intelligent agents. The investments and solutions we announced reflect our vision to build a stronger, more integrated technology business that can support the Kingdom's evolving digital needs." Beyond its announcements, NourNet showcased capabilities spanning cloud, cybersecurity, data centers, connectivity and enterprise operations, demonstrating how its portfolio can support critical business operations through locally managed digital services. The moves position the company within a rapidly intensifying regional race to build sovereign AI ecosystems, as Gulf governments and enterprises seek to reduce reliance on foreign infrastructure while accelerating adoption of generative and agentic AI technologies.
Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe set to lose one of its key domestiques, who might boost Tudor's classics block. Tuesday, 08 September 2026 at 15:45 A lot of moves are to be expected over the coming weeks in cycling's transfer market. One of them is rather surprising, as Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe is, according to journalist Daniel Benson, set to lose one of its key domestiques Nico Denz, who has had an incredibly successful four years in the German team. Denz, 32, has turned pro with the currently named Decathlon CMA CGM Team back in 2016 and within a few years began showing his talent. The German rider has a specialty that does not often allow him to fight for victories, but he has stood out as one of the best in his field. Denz has stood out as an incredibly versatile rider, winning a mountain stage at the Tour de Suisse back in 2022 still with Team DSM at the time, before linking up with Red Bull. A German team and rider, it was a match made in heaven, and he found his role as a road captain for leaders such as Primoz Roglic, Jai Hindley, Florian Lipowitz and Remco Evenepoel; whilst thriving when given the opportunity. "He's not the only one that can come close... the guy next to me" - Tadej Pogacar warns of Del Toro In 2023, Denz won two stages almost consecutively in the same scenario at the Giro d'Italia, taking part in the breakaway of the day and then outsprinting a small group of rivals. Despite being a rouleur, he has both sprint (at the Tour of Turkey) and mountaintop victories in his palmarès. Nico Denz is expected to leave Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe Denz to Tudor? In four years, Denz has started eight Grand Tours with Red Bull, proving to be a rider perfectly fit for the challenges of a Grand Tour. A solo win at the 2025 Giro d'Italia proved he was still amongst the best rouleurs in the world, whilst he has spent large kilometers working for his climbers and also sprinter teammates. However, Denz is moving on from Red Bull, according to Benson. His destination appears to be Tudor Pro Cycling Team, a squad that has built itself a strong reputation for the spring classics. Read also. Arnaud de Lie expected to have a premium domestique. Tudor is making big moves in the market. If Denz joins, he will be linking up with Arnaud de Lie as a new signing whilst Kaden Groves is also expected to join the team - to be announced soon. The team has over the past few years increased its budget significantly, having Julian Alaphilippe and March Hirschi as their star signings into 2025. This past winter, they have signed Stefan Küng whilst Marco Brenner has stepped up as a quality climber, assuring them possibilities to perform strongly at both the cobbled and Ardennes classics. Is Raikkonen's young son now heading into Red Bull's academy? Robin Raikkonen is 11, was pictured in Verstappen's car at Monza, and is reportedly close to joining Red Bull's junior programme. An announcement is expected soon. Kimi Raikkonen's 11-year-old son Robin is reportedly set to join Red Bull's famous driver development programme, with an official announcement expected soon. Formula.hu reports that the deal is now effectively agreed after the Raikkonen family appeared in the Red Bull garage at Monza on Sunday. Robin, nicknamed 'Ace', was even pictured sitting in Max Verstappen's car, while Kimi and wife Minttu were seen with senior Red Bull figures. The move would make particular sense after Gino Rosato, Robin's godfather and a long-time friend of the Raikkonen family, recently joined Red Bull as a consultant. Rosato had already told Finnish newspaper Ilta-Sanomat that academy discussions were underway. "Of course. Those are things we are working on," he said. "We are evaluating options at the moment." He refused at the time to identify the team involved, but added: "Hopefully we will announce big news about this this year."
