Requirements

  • Relevant Experience: At least 2 years of administrative experience, ideally within an HR function or a corporate environment.
Responsibilities
  • Lifecycle Transaction Management: Executing high-volume HR data entries (new hires, job changes, and terminations) in the HRIS while ensuring total accuracy and I-9 compliance.
  • Onboarding & Recruitment Logistics: Managing pre-employment requirements (background checks, offer letters) and coordinating orientations to ensure a seamless "Day 1" experience.
  • Intern Program Ownership: Coordinating the end-to-end intern experience at the Fort Wayne HQ, from initial hiring and scheduling to planning networking and development events.
  • Compliance & Audit Support: Maintaining organized employee records and gathering documentation to support internal and external audits.
  • Operational Support: Handling HR-related invoices, unemployment claims, and maintaining the HR SharePoint site and internal communications.
