Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and adheres to the original scope defined
  • Organize and plan project tasks and schedules
  • Ensure project tracking tools are up to date at all times on hours spent on tasks, capacity across team and status etc.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants
  • Stay aware of company goals and strategies to ensure projects align with business priorities
  • Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments to ensure projects are completed successfully
  • Optimize project deliverables, schedule, and budgeting
  • Put together Statement of Work once technical requirements and level of effort has been defined
  • Help the team create project plans
  • Create presentations and reports to communicate project status
  • Join customer meetings to take important notes and action items and assign them to the team and customer

Keywords Studios Acquires Wushu for £12.5m

Keywords Studios has acquired Wushu Studios Limited, a game development studio in Liverpool, UK. Founded in 2017, Wushu employs around 160 people and has worked on titles like Fall Guys and Baldur’s Gate 3. Despite market turbulence, Wushu has adjusted revenues of approximately £12.5 million and an EBITDA margin in line with Keywords. The acquisition includes an upfront cash payment funded from Keywords' revolving credit facility. Wushu’s founder Alan McDermott and his team will remain post-acquisition.
