- An active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information security clearance is required.
- A Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of prior relevant experience, or a Master's degree and at least 6 years of prior relevant experience, is required.

- Experience developing and maintaining technical documents, analyses, and reports is required.
- Experience preparing and presenting briefings to senior management and stakeholders is required.
- Working knowledge of defense-in-depth principles, network, hardware, and software security architecture, network topology, IT device integrity, and common security elements is required.
- Identify insider threats using advanced analytics, monitoring, and data correlation.
- Support the client's network infrastructure and perform routine maintenance activities.
- Provide guidance on upgrades and system recapitalization and perform availability and capacity management.
- Oversee the Everfox High-Speed Guard cross-domain solution that supports data transfer between multiple classification domains.
- Maintain documentation that captures the configuration baseline effectively.
- Design and support system recapitalization plans for capacity growth and client-directed changes.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the client's network infrastructure.
- A Master's degree from an accredited college or university in IT Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in IT service delivery management is preferred.
- Experience with User Activity Monitoring products and platforms is preferred.
- Experience with the Everfox High-Speed Guard Platform is preferred.
- Experience with Cisco and Juniper LAN/WAN network infrastructure is preferred.
- Experience with Palo Alto firewalls is preferred.
- Experience with Forcepoint and FirePower is preferred.
