BS + 20 yrs experience, MS + 18 yrs experience, PhD + 15 yrs in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field
Strong C/C++ programming, Python, performance modeling framework, development and analysis
Strong knowledge in system-level application and software development
Experience in modeling architecture
Knowledge of ARM CPU microarchitectures
Experience in simulator and modeling development skills
Experience in creating virtual prototype and using its tools
Experience in programming modern parallel architectures
Experience in data modeling and data architectures

Expertise in C/C++ software developing skills
Proficiencies in SystemVerilog or SystemC

Familiarity with simulation techniques
Familiarity with SSD/firmware algorithms and architectures
Deep understanding of PPA (performance, power, and area) trade-offs
Familiarity with digital design and verification flows
Familiarity with SoC interconnect fabrics and their implications to HW acceleration IPs
Deep understanding of flash memory controller architecture, and related IP design, verification, SOC implementation process and tools
Thorough knowledge of general computer architecture: computer/server systems, processors, storage, I/O, network, data centers, and typical applications
Understanding of the emerging technologies (CXL, Computation in memory and storage, Ethernet-attached SSD etc.) in server memory and storage systems
Track record of innovation and creativity in problem solving
Must be highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to meet aggressive project deadlines in a team environment
Ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams, including coordinating across organizational boundaries and geographies

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

Within the base pay range, individual rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education and training. This is part of our comprehensive compensation package with annual bonus eligibility and generous benefits to help you live life well.

Base Pay Range

$158,400—$312,000 USD
