Responsibilities
  • Understand data pain points and build tools to improve them
  • Serve as primary point of contact for troubleshooting and traffic control with RPA tools
  • Develop Athena/SQL queries to support synch team processes and goals
  • Generate catalog data sets of available synch repertoire
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure best use of available resources
