As a Technology Learning and Adoption (TLA) Intern, you will be responsible for some subset of the following.

• In order to improve our user’s comfort level and efficiency in using technology to do their jobs, you will be:
• Assisting with the creation and curation of training resources for the firm’s information technology (IT) solutions, including eLearning courses (SCORM), microlearning job aids, videos, reference guides, and other learning materials.
• Participating in and administrating live (virtual) group and one-on-one trainings around the firm’s technology solutions.
• Reviewing user feedback for internal training opportunities. 
• Collecting feedback and metrics about all technology solutions, in order to look for trends or insights that will shape future training projects.
• Consulting with other teams to improve non-IT trainings around the firm.


• In order to improve adoption and troubleshooting of technology solutions around the firm, you will be:
• Updating, and revising existing support articles.
• Consulting on and drafting communications (email, Teams, and otherwise) to the firm regarding rollouts, changes, upgrades, etc.
• Reviewing technology solution requests or suggestions, in conjunction with business analysts.
• Reviewing and consulting on internally created solutions, in conjunction with the development team.
• Helping create standards/templates for IT announcements, such as email, banners, etc.

To be successful, these are the skills and experience you will need:

• You should be curious about things, and enjoy thinking of new, different, and better ways to get things done.
• You should like thinking about learning, measuring learning outcomes, talking about growth vs. fixed mindsets, and—maybe most importantly—you should have a growth mindset (or be working on it).
• You should have some experience training, tutoring, or otherwise helping people learn things.
• You should be a data “nerd” and interested in looking for trends in data, and want to do something with that data that can improve the lives of our people.
• You should like technology, or at the very least appreciate how it can help people (even if it isn’t perfect).
• It would be great if you’ve created learning materials in the past, and even better if you have experience with video production/creation, eLearning authoring, or other short-form learning methods (podcasts, articles, etc.).
• It would be great if you had any accounting firm experience, but not necessary.
